Everything about this product is great….the seller shipped in very good condition……exception for the really big package which gave me a hike on shipping cost from my skybox, this was a very big dissapointment.

I bought this to install a Kenwood DNX-6140 into my 09 Subaru Forester. It fit fine, but was missing some of the pins I needed. I ended up having to run to a local store to buy a second harness to steal pins from. It was quite a hassle to get the pins out, but it works great now. The wires are nice and long and good for splicing/soldering.
You just have to understand that this wasn’t made for Subaru’s so it may not be perfect for the install, but there are lots of places online that tell you which pins you need to add, and you may be able to buy the pins elsewhere if you plan ahead.

Oddly enough, this is the correct interface for the 2008+ Subaru STI. I don’t know why they don’t have it listed for Subaru but you can verify this by doing a search for your vehicle on [...] and it will tell you that the 07 Nissan Maxima/Versa connection is what you need for a 2008+ Subaru STI.
May also work for other Subarus but check with Crutchfield first.

Worked fine to install radio in my 2009 Nissan Versa Base. Connected wiring harness to wires from radio using crimp connectors.

What more do you need to know? Easy installation, no need to cut stock wires…I choose Metra with all my installs
